Six Flags Entertainment Corporation has finally released their brand new mobile app featuring all of their combined parks into one singular app. This app will be needed to check wait times, access passes and purchase one time fast pass for the former legacy Cedar Fair parks that previously had their own apps for each park.

Get more out of every park visit with the free official Six Flags app! Plan your day right from your smartphone. Access your tickets and passes, order food, and load your credit card for instant purchases. You can also check show times and ride wait times, get directions around the park, and learn more about events happening at the park. We even sneak in exclusive offers and discounts just for mobile app users, so make sure to turn on notifications to not miss a beat!”

The Brand New mobile app contains details from Dorney Park, in Allentown Pennsylvania, to Six Flags Over Texas, in Dallas Texas, and even Knotts Berry Farm, in Buena Park California. The New app after downloading will prompt you to sign in and this is processing information based on the Legacy Cedar Fair app sign-in. Once signed in, you can select your park and you will find the hours of the park at the top, with your tickets and passes associated with your sign in email underneath.

Options on the bottom ticker include the Home Page, Explore Page, which will show you the map of the park you have selected on the home page. Each map has been designed in the style of the former Cedar Fair park maps and this will show you ride thrill levels, if Fast Lane is available, and the wait times, if you are inside of the park. The “I Want to” tab is similar to how it was on the legacy Cedar Fair app, where you can buy tickets, order food, find shows, get support if needed. The wallet will show you your tickets and passes as well as your payment information. Finally the more tab is where you can change your account information, and log into your FunPix account to get your pictures.

This app does a good job of being easy to use for all guests as well as providing the services you would expect from a Theme Park app. The app even includes interesting facts and stats for theme park nerds about each of their rides. This app has been much anticipated for fans of Six Flags and is good to see finally be available for everyone. You can download the app for free in the Google Play Store and App Store.
